4. Statement of purpose

The Viscom AG is a supplier of automatic optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection systems (AXI) for the electronics industry.

In this context, the Viscom AG is required to collect, process and use personal and professional data for the following purposes:

8. Time limit for deleting the data

The limit for custodial duty and deleting personal data are presently not always clearly regulated, so in many areas of the jurisdiction an adaptation of the limits is required. Where regulations do exist, we have the duty to routinely delete your data. This particularly affects the following data and limits:

 

Contact data is immediately deleted upon demand, insofar as no other legal limits exist.

 

If deletion is not possible due to technical or organizational grounds, your data will be made inaccessible to further processing.

A transfer of your personal data within the EU or third countries is presently not done and is also not planned.

 

10. Security measures according to §9 BDSG and appendix

We have enacted a number of measures to  protect your data. Stating the particulars of these would be counterproductive, as such would render the structure vulnerable. On these grounds, the lawmakers of  BDSG are acting in your interest so that indication of the technical and organizational details are not made available to the public. We assure you nonetheless, that we have enacted numerous measures, as appropriate for a company of our size, according to the following requirements of §9 BDSG, and work steadily to improve them:
