Bringing Career and Family into Balance

Viscom is a family-friendly company. Since 2009 we have been running our own child care center, Vikis, which is designed to enable Viscom employees to return to work quickly following their parental leave and hence to make it easier for them to balance family and career. The VIKIS Child Care Center is located on Fränkische Strasse in Hanover's Badenstedt district, very close to the Viscom AG headquarters, and provides care for 15 children aged 0 through 3. The center's team is comprised of four dedicated teaching professionals. The favorable teacher-to-child ratio enables the team to address the needs of each child and to promote their development in a targeted manner.

Opening hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
