Premium application support offers valuable, low-cost support.

  • Telephone support for release updates and activation of new features that exceed the Release Training
  • Analysis and removal support for individual defect escape cases
  • Automatic error analysis through standardized PDC evaluation for formatted provision of the PDC data by e-mail
  • Inspection pattern support: explanation of improved or new inspection macros, assistance with advanced inspection parameters
  • Advice for the optimization of inspection programs
  • Extended availability: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. PST
