The iS6052 CCI system stands out with its integrated UV LEDs, which effectively enhance the contrast between coated and uncoated areas. Featuring a camera resolution of up to 12 μm/pixel, this system offers unparalleled clarity, making it easy to identify cracks, blisters, smears, and coating splatter, even on surfaces with thin or silicone-containing coatings that may have weaker reflective properties.

Moreover, with an upper transport height of 115 mm, the iS6052 CCI system ensures flexibility during final inspections of fully assembled PCBs.
