Viscom Asia, incorporated as Viscom Machine Vision Pte Ltd, Singapore, is the regional Sales, Service and Application subsidiary of Viscom AG, Germany, in Asia. Viscom Asia distributes and supports the full range of Viscom AOI, SPI and X-ray inspection systems to customers based in China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand and the Philippines.

In order to offer the highest quality in service to its customers across all industries and locations, Viscom Asia operates Service, Application and Training hubs in all major Asian production hotspots, alongside a highly skilled, local service force.

Expertly trained Viscom engineers, with many years of company affiliation and little fluctuation, are readily installed in proximity to our customers in order to assure swift and efficient customer care. Be it Viscom service engineers, providing regular maintenance, repair and calibration services, or Viscom application engineers supporting new product implementation or product changeovers, Viscom Service is dedicated to delivering fast and reliable results to our customers.

Within the Viscom Asia group, Viscom Shanghai serves as the local competence center for the Greater China market, featuring application, service, training and product demonstration capabilities. Further Viscom service hubs in China with proprietary service staff include Shenzhen, Suzhou and Changchun.

In all locations an extensive range of spareparts are kept readily available in order to minimize delivery time.
