The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Viscom SE commit to the principles of good corporate governance. Corporate governance is the basis of all decision-making and monitoring processes of Viscom. Our actions are aimed at a corporate governance which is in compliance with law, transparent, responsible and sustainable. Compliance with the corporate governance principles is of top priority to us. Viscom SE discloses exceptions to recommendations provided by the Government Commission of the German Corporate Governance Code.
