Shareholder Structure

The strong commitment of Viscom SE's founders, Dr. Martin Heuser and Volker Pape, characterizes the Company's shareholder structure. 60.36 % of the shares are attributed to Dr. Heuser and Mr. Pape via intermediary companies and foundations or are held directly by them. Viscom SE owns 1.50 % of its own shares, which the company bought back in 2008/2009 as part of a share buy-back programme.  The 38.14 % of shares that are free floating are spread principally among investors in Germany and other European countries.
