What is vSPC DataVision?

vSPC DataVision is a web-based software solution based on vConnect for capturing and processing industrial inspection data, with the objective of creating graphical statistics and reports quickly and easily.

Statistical process control supports the inspection of manufacturing processes, typically printed circuit board inspection. Inspection processes can be quickly assessed and amended by the use of a variety of analytical methods. Reports for increasing product quality and the consistent maintenance of quality levels are generated from the analyses created by this tool. The reports can be prepared either manually or automatically. Depending on the configuration and the settings selected, it is also possible to send the reports by push notification.

This makes it possible to quickly establish which defects or false calls occur most frequently on the inspection objects. By using various evaluation options, the cause of these defects and false calls can then be found and the inspection program or process optimized in line with the findings,, so as to increase the reliability of the inspection results.
