vConnect - The next step in digital networking

With the vConnect multi-functional platform, Viscom is launching a comprehensive portfolio of modern solutions for high-performing inspection systems. The aim is to reproduce the digital factory as a look-alike of the real factory. vConnect creates an optimal environment and infrastructure for monitoring all aspects of machine processes, significantly increasing plant safety, assessing the recorded data and presenting these in a visually attractive form on user-friendly dashboards.

The popular Dark Mode feature has also been integrated into our software and enables the user to choose between bright or dark. The content also automatically adjusts to the size and type of the device used, irrespective of whether it's a classic computer, a notebook, tablet or smartphone. Thanks to freely configurable menus, extensive data is available which can be selected as required by operators, service staff or management.

Logging-on uses multi-factor authentication with popular browsers such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox, and is therefore extremely flexible and can be used anywhere. vConnect is also capable of efficiently monitoring and administering computer infrastructure, with the result that Viscom's experts can quickly identify anomalies in customers' systems and immediately intervene if necessary (predictive maintenance). IT security and back-up services can therefore be centrally controlled.

This applies not only to the inspection systems but also to the classification and programming stations. Further advantages of vConnect are scaleable storage solutions which can be put in place both locally and via Cloud connections, and enable efficient and targeted processing of large volumes of varied data.

Condition monitoring provides customers with real-time data not only from their Viscom inspection systems but also from all other machines. Anomalies or deviations are displayed immediately and process optimizations suggested.
