Relevant expertise, skills and experience:
As an independent member of the Supervisory Board and on the basis of her education and previous professional activity, Prof. Dr. Michèle Morner has special expertise in the field of auditing and accounting as defined by section 100(5) of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). As the founder and former managing director of Ynnor Systems GmbH and a former member of the Audit Committee of KUKA AG, she also has outstanding expertise in matters of corporate planning as well as internal control and risk management systems. Moreover, corporate governance and management concepts are her main area of academic research.
