Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Viscom SE currently consists of Prof. Dr. Michèle Morner (Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board), Volker Pape (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board) and Prof. Dr. Ludger Overmeyer. The term of office of the members of the Supervisory Board of Viscom SE ends at the end of the Annual General Meeting that approves the actions of the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2029 of Viscom SE.

Prof. Dr. Ludger Overmeyer was elected to the Supervisory Board of Viscom AG for the first time at the Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2014 by way of individual election. Prof. Dr. Michèle Morner and Volker Pape were elected to the Supervisory Board of Viscom AG for the first time at the Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2018 by way of individual election.
