Relevant expertise, skills and experience:
Prof. Dr. Overmeyer is a recognised expert in the fields of electrical engineering and information technology. He has many years of industry experience in the field of systems technology for electronics manufacturing in management positions. Prof. Overmeyer also has more than 20 years of experience of managing a large number of national and international research projects in the fields of systems technology, electronics manufacturing and laser technology. In management positions and as a member of the executive board of major institutions and as a member of the supervisory board of a listed engineering company, he possesses extensive experience of managing and running businesses.

The Supervisory Board considers Prof. Dr. Ludger Overmeyer to be independent as defined by Recommendation C.6(2) of the GCGC. Other than being a member of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Dr. Ludger Overmeyer has no business or personal relationship with the company, its Executive Board or the controlling shareholder that could cause a substantial and not merely temporary conflict of interest.
Prof. Dr. Ludger Overmeyer also does not exercise board or advisory functions at any of the company’s material competitors, nor does he have personal relationships with such companies.
